Snoop Dogg Introduces New Diamond Death Row Record Chain

Snoop Dogg had a big week.

The Long Beach rapper celebrates the momentous occasion with a new chain, featuring a pendant from his latest album cover, BODR (Bacc on Death Row), released Friday. He’s set to wear the new piece at his Pepsi Super Bowl LVI Halftime Show, with the chain and pendant containing more than 250 grams of gold and more than 13 carats of natural VS diamonds, according to the jeweler.

Uncle Snoop’s pendant is from the BODR cover – a rendering of the dog’s animated version of himself sitting in a chair and rolling a blunt. Surrounding the pendant are the words Death Row Records encrusted in diamonds, a nod to who now owns the famous label and BODR being the first Death Row release under his ownership.

Snoop also teased what he might wear during his Super Bowl performance, sharing a clip of himself in a zip-up jacket with a picture of his face on the front.

Last month, Snoop also gave Eli Manning his own Death Row channel. “Eli, I would like to introduce you to this Death Row channel for being so Hip Hop and being so Hip,” Snoop said during the MNF on ESPN: Peyton and Eli show on January 3. “It’s up to you, baby. When I see you, you have this. I’ll put this around your neck. Happy 41st birthday Eli.

“Thank you,” Eli replied. “I’m going to look good in this.”
