Gardner is arguably the best corner coverage in America and hasn’t given up a touchdown on his more than 1,000 career coverage snaps with just 13 catches for 117 yards allowed this season, according to PFF College.
Gardner has been an elite corner for much of his college career.
Gardner was a 2019 All-American Athletic Conference first-team selection as he returned 2 of 3 interceptions for touchdowns, broke up 8 passes and made 31 saves in 14 games (6 starts).
